什么是一个好的合唱团的最高追求？几点学习体会，供分享：
高度协同：
歌者高度协同是声音和谐的关键一环。走向声音和谐的过程，就是大家的声音向统一的标准靠拢的过程，也是大家的声音互相靠拢的过程。所以，在排练中，大家要善于互相倾听，善于规避个性，逐步向标准的、指挥要求的、大多数人的声音靠拢。这是声音和谐的过程，非常重要。
千锤百炼：
千锤百炼是声音和谐的必由之路。和谐的声音难以获得，需要千锤百炼，不断磨合。所以，大家要不厌其烦地反复磨练，不能急于求成，不能没有耐心。谁下的功夫大，谁有锲而不舍的精神，谁就能更快地达到声音和谐。努力做到声音的统一、平衡。统一、平衡是声音和谐的根本保证和首要因素，也是声音和谐的突出表现。声音的统一、平衡包括音准、节奏、音量、音质、音色、气息、共鸣、发音位置、情感的全面统一、平衡。这需要经过反复磨练获得。排练的主要任务就是解决声音统一、平衡。
综上所述，请各位歌友每天一定跟随CD练习，在练习时注意音准、节奏、呼吸及音量的控制。
排练内容；
I-Kyrie, II-Offertoire, III-Sanctus, V-Agnus Dei， VI-Libera Me
9:30-11:00: 单声部练习，VI-Libera Me， V-Agnus Dei，
11:00-11:10，休息十分钟
11:10-12:00: 四声部练习106，
12:00-12:30，单声部表演：V-Agnus Dei，B-C, E-G结尾 （每声部出三人参加唱谱表演）
从下周开始将用随机提名的方法请提到名字的歌友演唱前三个乐章（唱歌词）。
温馨提示：
下周六（20号）我们全体团员要照全家福等照片，为演出广告之所用，在此提醒，请各位务必参加，千万不要错过。
关于网上酒店预定：
1.根据合同，预定截止日期是2016 年5月17日。5月17日以后的价格就会上升到普通价格。
2. 旅馆预定时，如果有两，三个人合住，请委派一人上网预定付款。不能多人上网定同一房间。
3. 因为我们与旅馆合同的前提是要达到一定的预定房间数，旅馆才给予我们较低的价格。这是为什么我们在签合同前统计了旅馆预定人数，列了名单。所以除极为特殊的情况，请大家不要随意退出或加入这个旅馆预定。如果我们房间数变动大于10%，我们将被罚款。
4. 像预定任何旅馆一样，除房间价格，房间所付款还要加上税及少量费用。
5. 旅馆入住时间是下午四点，退房时间是中午12点。
6. 一日三餐自理。旅馆不包三餐。从机场到旅馆的transpotation也需自理。
7. 如果有人需要提前入住和需延期退房者，需尽早各别与我联系。我可能与旅馆联系，看是否可以拿到与6/16 - 6/20 同样的价格。
8. 只有跟我登记要King bed room 的团员可以订此类房间。

北美青年藝術家交響樂團成立招生

The Northern America Young Artist Symphony in collaboration with the Northern America Chorale & LSC-CF Concert Choir, is accepting applications for the 2016 and 2017 season. NAYAS is seeking experienced high school and college aged musicians to join the symphony in preparation for their pre-Carnegie Hall concert performance (May 2016) and concert tour to China (June 2017). Because of the abbreviated rehearsal schedule, the symphony is best suited for musicians who can prepare the score on their own. Upon acceptance, a copy of the instrumental score and individual parts will be provided to each symphony member. Please contact our Auditions Coordinator Mr. Isaac Cantu at treaco45@yahoo.com or 713.624.0733 for an application, audition excerpts, general information and to schedule an audition.
